Let me introduce myself and why you should consider me for training and treatments. My name is Rachel Grocott RDN NEBDN (city & Guilds)

I am the founder of what you know as Sisterhood UK which Includes:

Before full time as a qualified nurse registered with the GDC I done 12 years in NHS & private practice assisting in general dentistry and oral surgery including bone graft, tissue graft, dental implants, I am trained in anatomy and physiology as part of the intense training that concentrates especially in anatomy around the head and neck. I hold the NEBDN national diploma and passed both written and OSCE (practical) exams allowing me to become a Registered Dental Professional which I am so proud of.

Our nursing allows us to expand our knowledge by learning radiotherapy, alginate impression taking, sedation nursing and now working at hospitals in maxillofacial departments where we gain banding, all of which I have trained in as an extended duty dental nurse during my time in practice, as well as this I served 1 year for Defence Dental Services with the Military Dental Corps.

I plan to further my career as a Registered Dental Care Professional by completing my Dental Therapy degree which will allow me to offer composite bonding and whitening procedures in the future but currently I am focused on completing my Level 7 Aesthetic practice qualification of which I will be educated to masters degree level in my current field of Medical Aesthetics

My skills other than anatomical knowledge are monitoring patients vital signs during dental/surgical procedures and having good knowledge of what lies beneath the surface of the skin, nerves, vessels and glands etc.

After a long time in nursing I progressed into a practice management role where I undertook multiple site management of NHS CQC registered clinics before & during the Pandemic, this experience provided me with in-depth knowledge of the standards of health, safety & compliance needed to meet the strict CQC standards. I also learned key skills in effective business management & growth whilst meeting safety standards for NHS & CQC regulated activities.

I am required to undergo yearly intermediate life support course that covers using an AED, all medical emergencies including how to inject adrenaline during anaphylaxis.

We have compulsory CPD hours which is mandatory to keep ours skills up to date in our field, I attend face to face complications in aesthetics medicine annually, as well as around 200 hours of Aesthetic CPD.

I am highly skilled and trained in every single part of my job both in a dental practice and as an aesthetics practitioner.

I am also so fortunate that I can gain clinical oversight from all medical routes and work closely with Doctors, Dental surgeons, Nurses and Prescribers.

I offer both foundation and advanced anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments, mesotherapy, cellulite manual removal, PDO threading, collagen induction therapy, chemical peeling, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency and ultrasound cavitation, body fillers, fat dissolving injections, Morpheus RF Microneedling, PRP, Vampire facials & more coming soon

I am a trained Phlebotomist, I am a qualified Tutor and qualified assessor and this what allows me to teach in my academy, my academy is registered with OFQUAL, Focus Awards, The CPD Group and currently In process of becoming a VTCT level 7 Approved training centre. I write course materials and develop some of the most in depth training courses in the UK, as well as supporting a doctors and plastic surgeons with the setup of their clinics & education centres

I am passionate about both Dentistry and Aesthetics and pride myself in going the extra mile in looking after my patients. Promoting equality and diversity within my clinic and supporting practitioners all over the UK with our Aesthetic Support Group
